Terms of Business
Airport Chauffeurs operates 24hours a day, 365 days a year.All bookings are made in advance only (late bookings are accepted subject to availability).
Airport Chauffeurs shall not be held responsible for missed airline flights due to extreme traffic or to insufficient time being allowed for the journey.
Airport Chauffeurs shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in our vehicles.
Airport Chauffeurs or its representatives (eg. chauffeurs) reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any passenger(s) if in their view are unfit for any foreseen reason.
Airport Chauffeurs do not allow overloading of vehicles. The company or its representatives reserve the right to refuse any passenger(s) with an unsafe load.
Any additional pick-up/drop or alterations not made at the time of bookings incur extra charges (normally £7.50) to the original quotation. Car parking and entrance fess(if any) will be charged in addition to the rate(s) quoted.
CANCELLATIONS. Airport Chauffeurs reserve the right to invoice/charge the client at a relevant 50% unless a prior cancellation of at least 2 hours has been given. Credit accounts must be settled within 7 days of invoice date.
Deposit or pre-payment may be required in certain circumstances. Payment by cheque can only be accepted at least 5 working days before the booking date.
Airport Chauffeurs reserves the right to change current tariffs without prior notice. Credit account holders will be notified in advance.
