Driver Conduct
All drivers must adhere to the following procedures:- Be ready and waiting to greet guest at appointed time
- Assist with bags / luggage as appropriate
- Open and close doors for guests
- Always maintain eye contact
- Address guests by their surname
- Speak clearly when spoken to
- Do not drink / eat or chew gum
- Do not keep hands in pockets, fold arms or slouch
- Do not allow smoking in any vehicle by drivers or guests
- Ensure temperature inside vehicle is comfortable for the guests
- Operate vehicle to ensure a safe and smooth journey
- Ask guest their preference regarding radio stations/music or silence
- At all times act in a polite and professional manner
